Tasks that fit real life.

MiniTaskr separates time-sensitive tasks from "when-time-allows" items, so urgent work stays clear and useful ideas do not disappear.

The usual task flow breaks down.

  • Non-urgent items vanish unless you remember to check a list.
  • Postponing a reminder often takes too many taps.
  • Notes attached to tasks feel cramped and annoying to edit.

Built for everyday momentum.

Opportunity Queue

Keep non-urgent tasks in a dedicated "when-time-allows" queue. You can use spare time without burying your scheduled commitments.

One-tap Postpone

Push tasks forward quickly with clear options: Later today, Tomorrow, This weekend, Next week, or Someday.

Expandable Notes per Item

Turn a simple task into a richer note when needed. Capture context, links, and details without opening another app.

Optional AI Assist (Future)

If you want help, an optional AI button can suggest refinements or break ideas into steps. It is additive, never required.

How it works

Capture

Add a task or idea as soon as it appears.

Route

Sort it into Scheduled or When-time-allows.

Review

MiniTaskr resurfaces items so nothing gets quietly forgotten.

No. AI assist is optional and future-facing.

When will it launch?

No hard date yet - this is being built in public, one step at a time.
